 Description:

“The project decision conforms to all requirements of the investor’s task, as it is also in conformity with the new corporate design of the chain of petrol stations. The complex consists of the following subsites: a tradebuilding, 3 column pumps with a peak. The roof of the three gas-filling stations is situated at the building entrance. The parking places are situated around these places, as well as place for car servicing with water and air, places for car cleaning, and a place for cistern filling.
The trade building is one-storey. The visitors’ entrance is from the side of the gas-filling stations, and the goods supply is carried out from the backside of the building. The trade building, with respect to its functionality, has been designed to meet the needs of a commercial exposition area, a storehouse servicing part and a hygiene-sanitary zone. There is a door to the side facade leading to an outdoor terrace. The main entrance door has two sliding wings. There is a changing room for the personnel designed and built with a bathroom and a WC. There are separate storehouses designed and built oils, for inventory with a compressor, with an access from the outside to them. The office is accessible from the trade hall and is visually connected with the pay-desks. The metal doors of the premises for the electric board and the storehouses for oils are built of two layers of metal sheet iron with a filling of mineral wadding between them. The floors are made of ceramics and Granitogres. The walls of the premises will be formed with latex and faience in the laundry premises. The ceiling in all building premises has a plasterboard F-60 hung. The ceiling over the laundry premises also has a waterproof plasterboard F-60. The storehouse walls and ceiling are also done with plasterboard F-60. The walls of the storehouse for oils, from its internal side, is done with plasterboard F-60 2 cm x 1.8 cm. The ventilation grids and the lighting fixtures are assembled in the hung ceiling. The ceiling hanging is performed on the supporting metal construction. The building construction is metal, namely: metal columns, metal beams capitals. The head insulation and the hydro insulation of the roof stipulate the putting on the LT-sheet metal a layer with a thickness of 12 cm of “ROCK WOOL” mineral wadding masked from both sides, and the sticking on it of a two-layer roll hydro insulation/membrane/. There is a stipulation for having heat insulation from “FIBRAN” on the floor in the premises, below the floorings of Granitogres and ceramics, and below the cement putty. The metal columns will be covered with plaster-pasteboard planes – 2 layers of 1.8 cm each (or 3 layers of 1.2 cm each). The internal walls of the building will be made of plasterboard planes with mineral wadding placed between them, as they will be mounted on a light metal frame. All external walls will be made of wall sandwich panels with a thickness – two layers of sheet metal with a filling of penopolyuretan. Plasterboard planes assembled on a light metal frame according to a detail of the “KNAUF” Company are stipulated to the inside of the building, along the facade. The drainage from the roof is of an internal type with two water intakes. The architectural image of the building repeats the architectural image of the chain of petrol stations, which have a trademark as a corporate design. The facades will be partially made of aluminium sheet metal. The east and the north facades will be have an aluminium edging, and the south and the west facades will be made of the wall sandwich panels with sheet metal and a filling of penopolyuretan, and will be coloured in a colour according to ROL No. 9006. The plan stipulates different types of aluminium window displays and doors; the same are presented in detail in the specification enclosed. Peak – The peak design is subjected to the entire communication design. The peak has a “T”-shape, as it is planned for 3 column pumps. The water will be lead through two gutters with 5 water intakes. The company board is a company’s patent and is coloured in white and red. The board shape is also a trademark. The plan for the ceiling stipulates that it is made of dust-coloured lamellas with a width of 20 cm and that it is coloured in white. The peak construction is entirely metal – columns, beams, and capitals. The roof surface will be made of LT-sheet metal, 4 cm. The roof edging along the board will be of galvanized sheet metal.”

All geodesic works have been completed, namely: construction supporting geodesic networks, leveling networks, axis networks, parts of the vertical planning, etc., by showing very good organization and a high level of professionalism.
  • As a result of the constant control on the preparation and the performance, the building works have been completed with a very high quality.
  • Regardless of the harsh working conditions there is no delay of the CAW due to the organizations of the geodesy part.
  • As a result of the due designing and the precise putting, as well as due to the constant control, the geometry of the newly built sites is very good, which has had a serious impact on the expenses for the finishing works.
